ADMF, is a finance company with a unique vision, mission and values. A company needs a set of values to guide its employee’s behavior in order to implement the mission, furthermore by implementing the mission, the company can reach their vision. Therefore a set of values has main role as basic principles of behavior, which has to be owned by all levels in the company (from the lowest level of employee to top management). If the employee and management follow the basic principles of behavior, which means the way they think and act in doing job refer to company’s set of values, a company with excellence people, excellence thought and excellence process can be created due to implement its mission and reach its vision.
