“ADIRA FINANCE CLASS” Workshop: A Training for Marketing Teachers of Vocational High School (SMK)Workshop “KELAS ADIRA FINANCE” Pelatihan Guru-guru Pemasaran Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK)

Bogor (26/8) "Adira Finance Class" workshop which was held on August 26-27 at Saung Dolken Resort, Cimahpar, Bogor ran successfully. This workshop was the beginning of Adira Class in Vocational High School, which is one of the Adira Finance Corporate University programs. The representative teachers from 5 Vocational High School in Jakarta (SMKN 16, SMKN 17, SMKN 23, SMKN 47, and SMKN 48) that followed this workshop will teach the marketing classes students of "Adira Finance Class" in their vocational schools respectively.

On the first day, the event was opened by Mrs. Ludovik Soraya as the MC, followed by a speech from Department of Education DKI Jakarta representative by Mr. Junaedi as Head Section of the Vocational School Curriculum and a speech from Ms. Novitri Diah as Head of Adira Finance Corporate University, followed by the explanation of the Adira Class program at Vocational High School by Mr. Dolly Arora. The workshop started with the delivery of content on the Adira business process by Mr. Awal Diyananda, followed by Service Excellence material by Mrs. Danny Triastuti.


On the second day, it was performed a role play or a micro teaching related to materials that have been given previously. In the afternoon, it’s continued with the provision of materials related to Personal Appearance Standards for teachers of Vocational High School. The workshop was concluded with the announcement of the best participant and the best group assessed on the participants and the group activity and during the two-day workshop.Bogor (26/8) Workshop “Kelas Adira Finance” yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 26 – 27 Agustus di Saung Dolken Resort, Cimahpar, Bogor berjalan dengan sukses. Workshop ini adalah bagian awal dari Kelas Adira di SMK yang merupakan salah satu program Adira Finance Corporate University. Guru-guru perwakilan dari 5 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Jakarta (SMKN 16, SMKN 17, SMKN 23, SMKN 47, dan SMKN 48) yang mengikuti workshop ini akan mengajar murid-murid kelas pemasaran “Kelas Adira Finance” di SMK masing-masing .

Pada hari pertama, acara dibuka oleh Ibu Ludovik Soraya sebagai MC, dilanjutkan dengan sambutan dari perwakilan Dinas Pendidikan provinsi DKI Jakarta oleh Bapak Junaedi selaku Kepala Seksi Kurikulum SMK, lalu sambutan dari Ibu Novitri Diah selaku Head of Adira Finance Corporate University, dilanjutkan dengan penjelasan program Kelas Adira di SMK oleh Bapak Dolly Arora. Workshop dimulai dengan penyampaian materi mengenai proses bisnis adira oleh Bapak Awal Diyananda, lalu dilanjutkan dengan materi Service Excellent oleh Ibu Danny Triastuti.

Di hari kedua, dilakukan role play atau microteaching terkait materi-materi yang telah diberikan sebelumnya. Siang harinya dilanjutkan dengan pemberian materi terkait Standar Penampilan Pribadi kepada guru-guru SMK. Workshop ditutup dengan pengumuman peserta terbaik dan kelompok terbaik dinilai dari keaktifan peserta dan kelompok selama dua hari workshop.
