Denpasar (03/10), Adira Finance Bali Raya became the champion in the event of MarkPlus WOW Service Excellence Award again as the Best Champion of Denpasar. This record was very special because it became the third award in the event held by highly reputable and recognized institution with a confidence level of 95% and a margin of error of 3%.
As stated by Iwan Setiawan, Chief Knowledge Officer of MarkPlus, Inc. in the Awarding Event at Hariss Hotel Sunset Road Kuta, Bali, "The measurement of Service Excellence Index previously uses 3 dimensions focused on satisfaction to the service. In 2015, the index measurement involves advocacy value (level of recommendation) combined with satisfaction to the services at service centers and outlets (service amplifiers) ".
"Service Excellence is a differentiation that becomes the advantages and strengths for Adira Finance which cannot be imitated or easily duplicated by the competitors, although by hijacking its employees. It’s a different case with product differentiation that can be imitated in a matter of minutes," said Sugeng Hariadi as Regional Head Area Bali Nusa Tenggara to several media after accepting the award.
